Abstract

Existing technological processes of manufacturing of thin-walled sliding bearings are characterized by low efficiency. The solution of the problem is in application of progressive, metal saving ways of processing. By the example of manufacturing of self-greased thin-walled bearings the authors suggest the technique of modeling of technological operations of working surfaces formation in SolidWorks and ANSYS systems of automated engineering analysis and also a new technological process.
